Up-date on appeals

Up-date Maastricht discriminatory tuition action

I think it is fair to say that Robert has been working over 60 hours a week for the past few weeks on our appeal to the Education Appeals Board. This past week I probably spent 22 hours between classes, work at SIM and studying for exams, translating the whole thing. Phew!

Tomorrow we will send it off to the Appeals Board and then let the waiting game begin again! It will comfort us to know that the University of Maastricht will now have to come up with a reply to our 26-paged appeal.

In other news, we got contacted recently by the Maastricht University newspaper which is interested in doing a piece on our case.

Up-date IND violations of EU law case

Robert is now starting our IND (Immigration Services) appeal.

It's quite nice to be busy. It keeps our minds from straying too far into the darkness of the uncertainty that lies ahead and gives us a sense of purpose.
